Product range with thickening and suspension properties, based on different combinations of hydrocolloids for a wide range of food applications, highlighting among them dressings, fruit drinks, yoghurt among others.

The Gely Gum line is divided into two major divisions:

Gely Gum 7200: Systems based on hydrocolloids.
Gely Gum 8200: systems based on hydrocolloids, including carrageenan but as a minor ingredient.
